The Travelling Crib

Our Travelling Crib has been visiting the children’s homes, giving them the opportunity to share a special part of the Christmas story with their families. Each child enjoys taking the crib home, caring for it, and talking together about the Nativity and the meaning of Christmas.

This experience supports our Religious Education learning by encouraging children to reflect, share special moments, and make links between home and school. The children have loved taking responsibility for the crib and sharing their experiences with their friends when it returns to class.
