Our Mini Vinnies decided to raise money for Alder Hey to acknowledge the wonderful work they do. The organised a whole school fundraiser then Irene came with Oli the Elephant to present the cheque.
Welcome to Miss Tinsley who started as our new school cook this week.
She has some interesting ideas on how to make meals more attractive to our pupils and has received some positive feedback on her cooking from our customers.
We look forward to many more tasty meals from Miss Tinsley and wish her much success in her time as part of our school team.
Well done to our Year 5 Worship Warriors who took part in an after school club then led a collective worship through drama the following week.
School was inspected by Liverpool Archdiocese on Tuesday 1st May 2018. They judged the school to be OUTSTANDING in all areas.

Children from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Huyton, have made a BOB (Bat or Bird) Box for Archbishop McMahon to put up in the grounds of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King.
