Year 1 loved playing football today. They learned different skills and learned how it was important to try new things.

Year 1 loved dressing up for World Book Day. We discussed lots of books, performed our poem ‘Time To Turn My Teacher Purple’ and creatively wrote our own stories.

Cross Country Race

Well done to all the children who took part in a cross country race this week at the Prescot School. They all showed commendable determination to get round a very challenging course. Especially well done to Orla who came 5^th in the girls’ race.
