The year 4 children had a great afternoon taking part in a workshop about their current topic The Romans. They learnt new facts and got to dress up in armour and togas. They also got the opportunity to look at Roman artefacts.
This week we took part in a sponsored walk for the Whitechapel Centre who support homeless people in Liverpool. We had great fun raising money for this wonderful cause.
Well done to all the Year 2 children who participated in our Easter bonnet parade, your entries were amazing! Ms McIlroy had a very tough job deciding on the winners. Congratulations to Shea, Honor, Myra and Ava who took home Easter eggs for their fantastic bonnets.
