Hand Hygiene Visit
We had visitors with a special machine to show how well we wash our hands. We learned how to wash then thoroughly and carefully.
Visit from Merseyside Police
This afternoon we had a visit from Hazel, our community police officer. Hazel taught us the police alphabet which she uses everyday in her job and she challenged us to write our names using the code. At the end of the activity we were able to ask Hazel questions about her role as a police officer, it was very informative!

The children took part in a workshop learning a dance as part of our Chinese New Year celebrations
Investigating what happens to materials when cooled
We filled a glove with coloured water and cooled it in the freezer. We took it out after a day and observed what happened to it over time!
Celebrating Chinese New Year
We are so lucky to have been visited by the Chinese lions who performed their dance for our school. Some children even got to feed the lions some lettuce which is a sign of good fortune!
