Mobile Farm Visit
Year 1 had a wonderful afternoon when the mobile farm came to visit our school.
We have been learning about farms in geography and had lots of questions to ask Farmer Natalie.
The children enjoyed cuddles with her rabbits, guinea pig and even the hen – Penny, who had such soft feathers. Farmer Natalie also brought along a goat, a calf and two lambs. The children enjoyed giving the calf her milk and stroking the other animals. What a fantastic afternoon!
Trip to the waterfront and museum
We sang Liverpool songs on the waterfront and sketched the Liver Buildings.
Y6 Classroom Jazz!

Year 4 enjoying the sunshine whilst rehearsing their weather broadcasts in Spanish!
Thinking about World Refugee Week and what home means to us?
Thinking about World Refugee Week and what home means to us? We discussed our ideas and wrote a poem about Home. The children produced some fantastic poems.
In geography we have been using our research skill, collecting and analysing data
Musical Instruments
We’ve been listening carefully to the sounds that different instruments make and comparing how we make the sounds- shaking, plucking, tapping.
Healthy Eating
In Reception we’ve been learning about foods that are good for us in our role play area and by reading non-fiction books.
