Year 4 have been using the scumbling technique in Art
Year 2 had a wonderful time visiting Kirkby Art Gallery and exploring the Quentin Blake: Illustrating Verse exhibition.
They had a go at drawing with a lightbox, got to see a range of original Quentin Blake illustrations, enjoyed reading some related books, and even had a look in Angelica Sprocket’s pockets.
We practiced mixing tints and shades of yellow.
