Year 1 have really been enjoying their fire engines unit of DT work. The children enjoyed exploring and creating their own wheels and axis in preparation of creating their own fire engines.

Children really enjoyed making their fruit salad today. They researched, taste tested, prepared and made their fruit salads then enjoyed eating them the most!

Year 4 have been practicing their food skills by learning how to cut, peel, cop and grate carefully to prepare a seasonal salad. We then got to eat them afterwards!
Year 4 enjoyed their trip to a dairy farm in Preston
Year 4 enjoyed their trip to a dairy farm in Preston. They got to see cows that milk themselves with state of the art technology, made their own butter and got to see a one day old calf. The farm provides the milk for Muller and we even got milkshakes from them. A great day!
