Carol Singing at Hurst Park Court

This afternoon, Year 6 visited our neighbours at Hurst Park Court care home to spread a little Christmas cheer. The children sang and behaved beautifully and our visit clearly meant a lot to both the residents and the staff.

Y3 – Dr Hill – Archaeologist Visit – November 2024

We had a visit from Dr John Hill, who is an archaeologist and a lecturer at Liverpool university.

He specialises in British Stone Age. We had a great afternoon looking at the artefacts that he brought in to show us but also listening to his stories and his expert knowledge. Lots of great learning opportunities!!

Y3/4 Lights Camel Action – Nativity 2024

The children of Y3 and 4 put on a fabulous Nativity show last week.

They were amazing! Fabulous acting, singing and dancing.

The teachers are so very proud of them all – well done!!

This week in Religious Education we have been studying another faith – Judaism

Judaism Week

Children really enjoyed learning about the story of Moses and how, through God’s guidance, Moses was able to lead the Jewish people to freedom. The children re-enacted the story to show their understanding.
