What a fun-filled Friday we have had! We arrived to school in our Christmas jumpers to celebrate the beginning of Advent. Then, during a whole school assembly we got to decorate our school Christmas tree. We loved singing traditional carols and sharing our new nativity songs with the rest of the school!

Reception enjoyed learning all about internet safety. As much as the internet is a lot of fun. We also have to be very careful. We know not to post images of ourselves or talk to strangers online. Reception created their very own avatars on the iPads and explored how avatars work. An avatar is a digital image created to represent your online identity.
Mini Beast Hunt
To start our new topic, ‘I’m going to eat this ant’ we went on a mini beast hunt and found lots of mini beasts hiding under logs.
