To start our new topic, ‘I’m going to eat this ant’ we went on a mini beast hunt and found lots of mini beasts hiding under logs.

As part of our P.S.H.E programme the children explored safe relationships. Pantosaurus helped us to know how to keep our bodies safe. He asked us to design and colour our own pants.

The Reception children are loving the Reading Garden and our outdoor reading area. Also, this term the children will be exploring The Gingerbread Man story. The children are amazing at re telling the story of the Gingerbread Man using all the puppets and props.
We had so much fun this morning!
We had so much fun this morning!!!! A special bag was delivered to Reception by a gingerbread man. Inside the bag, we found all the ingredients and the recipe to make delicious biscuits. We learnt how to use weighing scales to measure the ingredients needed. Then we added everything into the mixing bowl. Reception worked so hard today, as a well-earned treat we enjoyed eating them at snack time.
